Our Story…

The best ideas often come from real-life needs. Our church was reading through the Bible and needed scripture verses set to music to help our preschoolers memorize complicated text. There are plenty of scripture songs and resources out there, but most didn’t quite fit what we needed. So, Travis started writing with a few clear goals: word for word, repeat it twice, include the citation—simple, repetitive, and catchy.

Then life happened. Travis and his wife had a baby, and with him away, he needed some help writing the songs. That’s when Marty stepped in to co-write and co-produce. And just like that, BibleBeats4Kids was born!

From there, the duo kept writing. As leaders of a Bible music camp in Alaska, the need quickly expanded into broader themes—Psalms, Paul’s letters, the Gospels. The ultimate vision of BibleBeats4Kids is to bring scripture to life through music, making memorization a joyful and lasting experience for kids and families.
